Bit of a warm day today. Started on the bouldering wall to still no more progress. It’s getting a little frustrating. I think I need some help 😀 Still, went onto the main wall and completed a 6a, features only climb I couldn’t do last time. Was pretty easy this time too! Then completed a 6a+, half of the ungraded 6b+, and nearly did the 6c from last week but crapped out at the end due to being too tired…

Improvements.

Improvements.

I’m definitely getting better. Did a 5+ without breaking a sweat. Climbed a 6a without complaint, a 6b+ with some shouted up assistance and _almost_ did a 6c. I was just too tired to do one of the big reaches. My current problem is hold blindness. I seem to not see so many holds which would make life a lot easier. Still.. keep on trying…

Made it with a partner this weekend! We climbed a wall with a nice slope on a bunch of 5+ routes. The holds were tougher than expected, probably because you’ve got a nice angle to climb against. Some of them required a good number of smears to get up them! Still, they weren’t that tough looking back, just were surprising.
