Last few sessions have been surrounding working on leading. There were only 2 of us tonight so we had a good long session just working slowly up the grades to work out what we can do. Managed a couple of 5s, a 6a and a 6a+, all of which were within our abilities. After that we went on the really big wall and wore ourselves out. I'm tired now.
Well, on the advice of the Dr, I +did+ go climbing yesterday. It was hurting most of the day tbh, probably from the Dr manipulating it a lot, but I thought stuff it, I want to climb. Went to the Doctors this morning to check out this pesky shoulder of mine. Bad News: He reckons I've got a Labral Tear; a tear in the little cup of cartilage that surrounds your shoulder joint. I've probably done it by falling on my arm at some point while bouldering, rather than as a direct result of climbing. He's referring me to a 'shoulder Dr' to have a look at it. I've got a bit slack with this really. So, I've been climbing quite a bit, usually managing at least twice a week. I've also enlisted a bunch of friends to come with me.
